Stephen Forrest, DDS, FAGD

 

Dr. Stephen Forrest grew up in eastern Iowa.  He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology in 1981 and his Doctor of Dental Sciences in 1985 from the University of Iowa, Iowa City.  He is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry.

 

 

Dr. Forrest's Memberships include:

  • Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry

 

Dr. Forrest enjoys scuba diving and travel.  He and his wife Kelley have three children: Conor, Cristopher and Carter

 

 

Bradley G. Markowski, DDS

 

Dr. Brad Markowski grew up in Chicago, Illinois.  his undergraduate education was at Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  He completed Dental School at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois Class of 1989.  His General Practice Residency was completed at Great Lakes Naval Base, North Chicago, Illinois 1989-1990.

 

Dr. Markowski's Memberships include:

  • Des Moines Dental Society

 

Dr. Markowski is on staff at Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa; where he provides outpatient and hospital dentistry.

 

Dr. Markowski enjoys golf, hunting and fishing and along with his wife Gaylyn enjoys watching their three children: Mackenna, Bret and Avery grow up.
