Stephen Forrest, DDS, FAGD

Dr. Stephen Forrest grew up in eastern Iowa. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology in 1981 and his Doctorate of Dental Sciences in 1985 from the University of Iowa, Iowa City. He is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Forrest enjoys scuba diving and travel. He and his wife Kelley have three children: Conor, Cristopher and Carter.
